Best practice guidelines and ethics will be discussed. The classic form of behavioural-driven processing (ORCE principles) will be taught and the delegates will get the opportunity to practically observe record, classify and evaluate behaviours from assessment centres exercises.
Day 2 will incorporate frame-of-reference training which will enable the delegates to become familiar with specific competencies related to JvR Psychometrics’ CAS Range.
