Overview

Day 1 will focus on all the key concepts of an assessment centre. It will aim to enhance the practitioners understanding and knowledge around the elements involved in running and maintaining an ethical assessment centre with the emphasis on best practice guidelines. Best practice guidelines and ethics will be discussed. The classic form of behavioural-driven processing (ORCE principles) will be taught and the delegates will get the opportunity to practically observe record, classify and evaluate behaviours from assessment centres exercises.

Day 2 will incorporate frame-of-reference training which will enable the delegates to become familiar with specific competencies related to JvR Psychometrics’ CAS Range. The focus will be on providing the delegates the opportunity to practically apply the theory and new skills acquired in day 1.
