Workshop Overview

Ever wanted to know what the difference between ethics, morals and values are, or whether ethics is genetically ingrained in us? Do you struggle to implement an ethics process in your organisation? Do you want to learn how ethics can be measured in your organisation to identify ethics risks and opportunities? This ethics workshop will answer these questions and is designed for candidates who want to improve their own ethical thinking and would like to practically apply ethics interventions in their organisations. The workshop defines ethics, values and morals; investigates the origins of ethics; investigates common organisational ethics myths; and demonstrates how ethics is important for business survival and growth.

This theoretical component is then funnelled into more practical oriented ethics management strategies where candidates will learn how to implement ethics audit, spur ethics talk, and improve ethics monitoring. The workshop makes use of real world South African and international case studies to help candidates learn the process of ethics risk identification and management for use in their organisations or with clients who require ethics interventions.
