This workshop is open to accredited MBTI ® practitioners. It is aimed at introducing different ways in which to use the MBTI with teams that are involved in sales and general client relationships.

Overview

This workshop will provide a structure for practitioners interested in holding workshops for professional staff members involved in sales and general client relationships. Psychological type is a framework for working with the personality differences we observe every day. Awareness of these differences can assist in understanding how clients prefer to be approached and how they gain information and make decisions. By observing behaviour cues and adapting selling behaviours accordingly, sales staff will be empowered to build a foundation for trust. During this workshop, participants will participate in type-related exercises that can assist in developing these skills.
