Details

Type of workshop : Two day workshop
Who should attend

Individuals and business professionals who want to improve their decision-making and judgment skills.

Overview

Problem-solving and decision-making are central aspects of everyday life. Sometimes we encounter problems and have to make spontaneous decisions so often that we do not even notice them. We do however get stuck when faced with unusual problems and difficult decisions. In these instances our spontaneous reactions do not necessarily deliver effective solutions – rather, we have to think outside the box. Sound decision-making skills that consistently produce fair and ethical judgments will strengthen trust and rapport with others. Furthermore, fair and sound decisions and judgments will lead to an increase in effectiveness and credibility. We can therefore all benefit from the ability to understand how decisions are made, and how to predict, guide and improve those decisions. In this course your own problem solving and decision making approaches will be challenged in order to lead to higher levels of insight and effectiveness.
