One of the characteristics of a well-governed organisation is a well-entrenched ethical culture.
In this workshop we will explore the link between corporate governance and an ethical organisational culture, and also the link between ethics and organisational success. The roles that the governing body and the management of an organisation respectively has to play in cultivating an ethical culture will be explored. We will delve deeper into the responsibilities of those tasked with managing ethics in organisations. Furthermore the different approaches that can be employed to motivate members of organisations to adhere to the ethical standards of the organisation will also be discussed.
