The new 1 day Organisational Development workshop and its target audience:

JvR Academy now offers a one-day Organisational Design (OD) Orientation Workshop, facilitated by Theo H Veldsman, a leading OD expert with many years of design experience, locally and internationally. The workshop is aimed at Executive, Senior Management, Organisational Development/ Design Practitioners and Senior HR Business Partners.

The purpose and topics covered

The purpose of the workshop is to orientate delegates with regard to the what, why, how, who and where to of OD. The following topics are covered:

  • What is OD and why it has become important?
  • Destroying the myths regarding OD
  • Identify when OD is necessary, and the results of an effective OD
  • OD levels and dimensions
  • Building fit-for-purpose designs: an integrated, systemic OD process.

  • It is practical! (You will get to work on your own OD challenges during the workshops)
  • it presents a comprehensive, integrated, OD approach and process; and,
  • it seamlessly merges the theory and practice of OD.
