Course Overview

One of the main challenges facing South African society today is the challenge of Education. Due to the nurturing and caring nature of the teaching profession however, I/O Psychologists often find it challenging to enter into the Educational system to challenge the mind-sets around the school system as an organisational setting.

In this case study a Leadership Development programme for Principals and Heads of Department at a prominent private school in Gauteng will be shared. Through an interactive discussion possibilities and opportunities to duplicate this type of intervention at other schools will be explored.
