|Date||: 19 October 2017|
|Event Type||: Webinar|
|Time||: 17:00 – 18:00|
The aim of this webinar will be to explore the application of ethical thinking within a work context.
The question is raised that besides being the “right thing to do”, many individuals and organisations
alike cannot find significant reasons to pay attention to this theme.
Some questions that are often not asked out loud are:
- Do ethics really matter?
- What are the advantages of ethical decision making and behaviour?
- How do we go about to inculcate ethics within an organisational culture?
Although it is impossible to separate our own views and judgements when working with this topic,
the question remains how to implement, maintain and control ethical constructs within our sphere
This webinar will thus provide guidance and practical examples as well as some thought provoking
ideas regarding the difference between what we do and what we ought to do.
